Got my dental X-Ray sensor
So I needed a new Dental X-Ray Sensor for my clinic, and PinkBlue had decent prices. My order came in about 5 days, which was alright, considering it's a bigger item. Everything looked legit when it arrived. The sensor worked fine, no issues. Overall, a pretty smooth experience for buying equipment.
Good for consumables, support was okay
I ordered a bunch of stuff, mostly consumables like Face Masks, Nitrile Gloves, and some Alginate Impression Material. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, quite easy to find what I needed. Delivery took 6 days to reach Pune, which felt a bit slow compared to other sites, but everything was packed well. One of the glove boxes was slightly damaged, I contacted customer care about it. They responded within a day and offered a partial refund for that item, which was fair. The quality of the materials was good, as advertised. Got my GST invoice quickly too. Would recommend for general supplies.
